FunkShui Balloon Collective is a woman owned and operated business in New Orleans, Louisiana.

 

  My name is Morgan Tapley Pingalore.  Who knew I would one day own my own little balloon company.  It all started when I wanted balloons for my daughter's birthday party.  I've always been very creative and with a little push from my mom; I made my first balloon garland.  It was NOT what I had dreamed, but it was balloons.  My passion for balloons came with all of the compliments from a post on social media.  I wanted to get better and try my hand at professional balloons.  With hours of watching YouTube tutorials and tons of practice and mistakes is where FunkShui Balloon Collective began.   I want to thank all of my beautiful clients for making it all happen.   It's truly New Orleans and I love you!
